Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle from us. A valid drivers license and a credit card in your name are required at the time of rental. You may not rent a vehicle if you have had your license suspended or revoked. If you do not meet these criteria, you may not use our services.
Vehicle Use
You must use the rented vehicle in a responsible manner. This includes adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. You may not use the vehicle for illegal activities, including but not limited to transporting illegal substances or engaging in street racing. If you violate these rules, you may be held liable for any damages or penalties incurred.
Insurance Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you have adequate insurance coverage for the duration of your rental. We recommend that you verify your personal auto insurance policy to see if it covers rental vehicles. If you do not have insurance, you may be required to purchase coverage from us at the time of rental.
Fuel Policy
You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you picked it up. If you return the vehicle with less fuel, you will be charged for refueling at a rate that may exceed local fuel prices. You may not use alternative fuels unless the vehicle is specifically designated for such use.
Vehicle Condition
You must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was rented, barring normal wear and tear. You may not smoke in the vehicle or allow pets unless specifically permitted. If the vehicle is returned with excessive dirt, damage, or odors, you may incur additional cleaning fees.
Cancellation and Modifications
You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do not arrive within a reasonable time after your scheduled pick-up time.
